it all started innocently enough- a baby eating watermellon...
then everyone has to get in on the action...
and then we thought- wouldn't this be cuter if she was eating fruit, in a fruit bowl? so in she goes...
and then... she can't be the only fruit in the fruit bowl, so we add some more...
and outside the whole set up goes for the final masterpiece...move over carmen miranda! 
i was out in the burbs yesterday for father's day and learned that the cicada invasion is going full force! (thankfully we don't have them at all in the city!) unlike me- jack is a big fan of the noisy bugs...here's the proof...
Aaron and Merav had a beautiful wedding atop the AON Building @ the Mid-America Club with breathtaking views out every window and light flooding in. They both have such warm and wonderful families - it was truly a joy to spend the day with them!
The event was expertly coordinated by Maria Greenberg, tastily catered by Yitzy's, and the Maxwell Street Klezmer Band had the party in full swing! A big thanks to Jennifer Elwick for her awesome photo help! 
Merav customed designed this beautiful coat to wear over her gown for the ceremony.
