Congratulations Marlee + Bob!

Photos from this wedding will be posted on my proofsite by October 8th. For the event code, use Marlee's maiden name.Photobucket
A grey sky over Appleton last weekend couldn't darken the mood on this gorgeous wedding! Marlee and Bob were just beaming the whole day and everyone around them glowed! They put so many thoughtful touches into their day, from Marlee's heirloom wedding dress (it was her mother's), to a sweet personalized note to each guest, and a much anticipated cheese sculpture! These two are so sweet together and their smiles were contagious! An amazing time was had by all, especially on the dance floor as this crowd was ready to party!

First up, Marlee getting helped into her gorgeous gown and her Mom helps her with the veil.

The wedding had a beautiful autumnal theme and of course, the cheese sculpture! Marlee is from Appleton and Bob is from Wheatfield so the sculpture incorporates apples and wheat with the bride and groom- soo fun- I think all weddings need one!

It's a family tradition to preform a skit for the newlyweds. Why does the MC have dreadlocks? Because when a Marlee marries a Bob- you have to think of Bob Marley!

During the skit it started pouring down rain, the ground became saturated, guests moved inside- but just as quickly as the rain started, it stopped, the dance floor was mopped up, the guest slowly moved back into the tent and what followed was such a moving and sweet first dance!

Then this group was ready to celebrate!

Marlee's dad rocked the drums to "Wipe Out" as the crowd cheered him on!

Hope you guys are having a blast hiking in the Canadian Rockies! I loved getting to capture your big day- can't wait to share the rest! Hugs : ) Kris
